The content and the structure of Master’s degree programme in English Language and Literature is designed in accordance with the scientific standards and contemporary developments of language and literature in the field of Anglistics.

The teaching methods, tailored to the type, character and the profile of each course, are based on dynamic communicative teaching, which is achieved via group and independent work, presentations, discussions, research work, which jointly stimulates interaction, communication, and bridges theoretical and practical knowledge.

The primary goal of the program is to yield competent and professional graduates equipped with knowledge, skills and competences to embark on the positions in education, the institutions of scientific, social and cultural character and be able to demonstrate the theoretical and practical knowledge mastered through the programme.

Master studies in English Language and Literature consists of one-year programme credited with 60 ECTS points (30 ECTS per semester).
