The aim of the study programme is to educate scientific experts who can deal with the advanced crypto-systems problematic using the rigorous mathematical system based on Shannon’s information theory, Kolmogorov’s theory of complexity as well as using the latest theoretical knowledge of the hypothesis-testing systems in modern computer networking..
One of the most important goals of the study programme is to develop the candidate’s abilities to formulate the problematic of crypto-systems in a manner recognizable in other familiar scientific disciplines such as information theory, encryption theories, statistic solutions theory, theory of complexity, discrete optimization and artificial intelligence. That way, a critical scientific methodology framework, that is necessary in solving highly complex problems in analysis and synthesis of advanced crypto-systems, is acquired.
The purpose of the study programme is to develop new scientific methods in crypto-systems’ analysis and synthesis, authentication and detection of safety violation methods in latest computer networking systems, as well as critical thinking development in evaluating the existing systems, methods and solutions in the field.
